If you have recently started a subscription to Plain English and are unsatisfied with the content of the membership, you can request a refund within 30 days of signing up.
Additionally, if you think there was a mistake in billing or if you were double-charged, you can follow the same steps.
How to request a refund
To request a refund:
Log into your account
Visit the Contact page and choose "Something else" from the dropdown
In the comment box, say you are requesting a refund
If you recently signed up and are not happy with the membership, you are not required to say why you're requesting a refund. However, any honest comments you offer would be helpful and appreciated.
